Pre-Marvel horror book! Classic Sol Brodsky cover! A very tight book. Feels solid as you hold it. Does have a slight musty smell, (like it is supposed to), and has some writing on pencil on the front. Top staple is beginning to pull on the cover, but the bottom one is solid. No tears, no creases that are easily identifiable, as well as great color on the cover and throughout the book. I'm not sure how this would be graded given it's age and appearance. I'm going to guess around F-VF.
